There's a lot of negative space at the top which, IMO, unbalances the photo. The lighting is interesting, and the color is good, but I don't find the subject very appealing.

Suject is tilted - can't tell if it's intentional or not, but I don't particularly like it. You've also got some rough edges where the red contrasts against the blue (I know there's a term for it, but I can't think of it). I like the colors and perspective, though, and I think that with a couple of tweaks this could be a really good photo.
