Looks a little under-exposed to me, and while it may have been a conscious decision to under-expose, it's not one that really appeals to me. Compositionally, it's pleasant, and I like the detail that can be seen. It just looks a bit too dark.

This definitely meets the challenge, but could stand to be re-worked, compositionally speaking. The tilt of the placemat and cutting off the top of the flowers looks makes it look like this was a last-minute-snapshot rather than a well-planned photo. I can see that there was at least a little planning, and I can see where this could be a really good shot, it just looks overly rushed.

Very creative. Love the concept. The lighting seems a bit harsh (bit of a hot spot on the peel - can be corrected by diffusing the light). Good choice of background color.

The composition on this is nice, but not terribly interesting. There's nothing enticing me to stay and look some more. Perhaps the addition of another flower or a bug or some water drops or something would give it a little 'lift'. Also, the center of the flower seems to be too soft, and there's a weird spot of blue at the lower left of the flower.

Love the colors in this, but everything seems just a hair off. The clouds seem a little too blurry, the sun creates a very white hot spot, and the crop could probably stand to be a little tighter.

Lovely subject placement and crop, but the background is distracting. It's ok on the left hand side, but the goldis-brown strak on the right just sticks out like a sore thumb.

Hmmm. I see lots of brown and green and blue, but no yellow. Has the potential to be a good shot, but DNMC in my opinion.

Beautiful golden yellows. I like the foam, too. Only nitpicky thing I noticed is your horizon is off by about a half a degree - enough for me to notice. Otherwise a lovely pic.

Nice bright yellow, but a bit soft focused for my taste. I feel like the bee and the center of the flower should be absolutely crisp.

Beautiful desat, and I love the textures in the fur. Wish the nose wasn't in shadow and that we could see both eyes. The color is a bit off as far as actually being yellow, though.
