Stubbornby TranquilComment: I agree with saintaugust. The sleeve on the hand kind of takes away from the spookiness of the shot. Even just colorizing the white part of the sleeve to black, would hide the stripe. Then you could even add a little gray color to the hand to make it look dirtier. Nice shot. I have an old cemetary just like this within 1/4 mile. Definitely gives me a few ideas. |

Twilight's Swingby DeniseBernadetteComment: Thanks for sharing your dreary shot. I really like this one very much because when I was a little girl, my grandfather had a swing hooked up for all us kids backed by woods like this. Definitely brings me back to the past. |

Bridge Over Murky Waterby kenskidComment: Wow, this one almost looks primordial. What a neat affect, especially in the background. Absolutely beautiful. I'd like to go there, it looks so wonderful. You did a great job on the stones of the bridge too. Just a very fine composition. |

Sunday Afternoonby Keith ManiacComment: Really like the concept of Sunday Afternoon and the collage format. Works very well. My favorite of the three is the one on the right because I really like the contrast between the green bag and the red shoes. |

gnarledby fstopopenComment: This is such a strong composition. The tree seems to almost dwarf the cliffs because of the angle. Your blue sky is really saturated. Did you use a polarizer on the desert shots? Anyway, I think this was your best shot of all of them. Keep um coming. I don't get to see the desert sw at all, living in foggy and misty New England. |

Gull in Flightby owenComment: I really like the definition in the tail feathers. How did you get the bird so smooth and still retain the sharpness? |

Eleganceby cheekymunkyComment: I think this was definitely the best swan shot of the ones you took. Very graceful. Wonder if you really darkened the entire water background, if it would enhance the shot even more. Not totally black, but enough to show a very little detail with the swan very contrasty against the dark. |

stare 2.jpgby Napalm NymphComment: Love the watery effect on this one. It is so ethereal. Nice toning on the black and white as well. |

Lighthouseby inspir8tionComment: I love the sea green of the sky. It reminds me of Thomas Moore. I would have liked to see a little more light right in the front of the lighthouse. The stone could be more prevalent. I think my favorite part of the image is the right half, going out to the light on the jetty. |
