Composition is well done. Like the part of the hat which is showing. However, focus is too soft, and there is much to low contrast. Technical aspects need some work, but you are on the right track.

Color adjustment needs to be different. This one has too much yellow. Composition is way too busy. Less items would have come off better. Also, think the overall it just doesn't do anything for me.

Mmmmmmmmm - Still Life

Definitely a still life. I understand you took the opposite stance here, rather than doing a traditional still life you decided to do one of eaten fruit. Definitely a twisted and interesting interpretation, but the image came off more unpleasant than anything.

Pileated Woodpecker

Just wanted to say I have been trying to capture a shot of one of these lovely woodpeckers for three years. Had a chance about 2 weeks ago, but I couldn't get my camera set up in time before it scooted. I am always on the lookout though. Hope when and if I get a shot of one of them, it will be half as good as this one. You did a really nice job on it.

From the Cave

Very warm colors. I like the way you caught the sun in the corner. Maybe removing the flare on the left would add less distraction. I would also like to see more detail on the cave wall, if you can dodge it to show it. Overall, I really like the image as a whole.

Green hairstreak

Love the detail on the antennae and legs. I did not know there was such a butterfly as a green hairstreak. Our hairstreaks around here aren't as colorful. Anyway, the colors are wonderfully light on this one, which works for this subject. Would like to see a bit more detail on the butterfly. Your dof may have been to shallow.
