Need better contrast and brightness. The idea is a good one but compositionally it might have worked better if you had more of the gull and water, and less of the foreground.

Great job on lighting up the faces to make them really glow. The eyes are so clear and focused. Love the halo of light on the hair as well. Very well done technically. As to the actual subject, it is a beautiful portrait for a memory, but I fear for dp they would not appreciate the beauty of your memory.

Very pretty shot. That beautiful blue tot he left really enhances the yellow leaf. Nice bokeh, but I guess you saw the noise and decided not to put it into the challenge. Still, clear up the noise and you would have a very light filled and pleasing image for all to drool over.
