Not sure the processing enhanced the image. It appears you may have had some overexposure in the sky which you tried to take care of with hue shift. However, it does not match the rest of the image very well. The saturation is also lacking in the foreground, and though the fog is a nice addition, I think that too centered hurts the composition.

Too samll. Also an image of a road with power lines so prevalent does not make for the most pleasing image. Great composition, but you need to realize that the lines and street signs are not something that many would consider an excellent subject.

So cute. Very nice white background. Makes that lovely hat stand out, especially with the black and white treatment. A bit more exposure on the face would give the dog a bit more compelling detail.
