Silky smooth as in a tie, or were you thinking something else?by MuppetComment: I would have recommended just cropping to above the nose because the head cast a shadow on the wall behind. Your subject should be standing at least 6 feet if not 8 feet away from the backdrop to prevent shadows. Also, a little directional light to the background only would have also calmed down the shadow. |

Delectable Silky Smooth Chocolateby PILOTDCComment: Chocolate is really hard to photograph. I think that a little side lighting might have created a better highlight on the smoothness of the chocolate. This one appears either overhead lighting or front, which is not the best way to depict chocolate. |
