Sorry, but this just looks too over-processed and blurry. Also, I don't get much sense of the path ending. It looks like it keeps on going, right into that dark patch.

The blurred trees in the background really bother me. It looks as if the camera shook -- not the usual DOF.

Just my opinion, and worth what you're paying for it, but I think you went overboard with the grain. You've got good subject matter and good composition. IMHO, the grain doesn't add anything. It might even detract.
