Way, way too much sky. It's almost as if you have two pictures here -- the "landscape" at the bottom, and the "skyscape" of clouds and light rays at the top.

I really like your long, skinny format. Who says we have to be locked into a 6x4 world? However, I think the picture would be improved by cropping it at the left at the gap in the trees. IMHO, the little building in the ridge doesn't add much to the pciture nor does that black part of the lake. It would also get rid of a hunk of distracting white sky.
