Nice, crisp picture of Dad/Grandpa and the kids on an outing. If it were my picture (which it isn't), I would crop off some of the right-hand side. That would make the picture conform more to the Rule of Thirds and get rid of the red buoy which is distracting. But... it's your picture, your call.

What lies beyond the arch??? Great atmosphere and mood, but I wish you hadn't cut off the light fixture. It's just me, but you might be better off just cropping it and the sky out, but then you would lose some of the interesting foliage growing on the top of the building at the left.

To my eye, this is just about the perfect shot and that foot makes it! Without the foot, you have an excellent shot of arches and columns in an old/ancient building. That foot adds an element of mystery/humor/surrealism that raises the picture to a whole new level. Don't change a thing.

Excellent use of b&w. I doubt if the picture would come across as strongly in color.

I would have liked to see more of the barn or less of the barn. This is a really great graphic, and to me, the bits of trees showing through in the upper corners and the cut-off barn roof are distracting. Really good collection of elements.
