Great study in tone and texture -- I really love that water. Minor nit with the tiny white dots. I'm assuming that they are buoys and/or ships and are part of the scene and as such "belong" there, but I wonder if this is a time for judicious cloning to get rid of them.

Hmmmm. I've looked at the picture for a bit more. Now those dots lead me to the horizon.

At any rate, a well composed and wonderfully processed shot.

This reminds me of the time in college when someone submitted one of Shakespeare's lesser known sonnets as a homework assignment in an English poetry class. Shakespeare got a "C". Moral of the story: Even masters don't produce masterpieces every time.

Beautiful colors and tones. It looks as if the subject is a bridge, but it's ambiguous enough to be what ever the viewer wants it to be -- a true enigma. Good work. I love it.
