Probably lost some points with the DNMC crowd because the little girl isn't sitting exactly in the center of the couch. Nice perspective and processing, Deb, you certainly are taking advantage of your new surroundings.

Day 7 - Sunrise

Maybe it's just my aging vision and monitor, but I swear there is a smidge of color left in the sky -- some very pale blue striations. Whatever it is, it's a great sky and a great image.

That horizon is level as far as I'm concerned. If it appears tilted, I think it's an illusion because the profile of the ship isn't level.

I love this shot. It's going straight into my favs column.

This has the potential to be a neat railroad shot. Normally I hate people who say that things don't "pop", but I wonder what would happen if you did some work with the contrast and light -- maybe make things a little lighter. I like the train a lot, but it's coming across as a dark blob.
