This certainly meets the challenge, but I can't see that the desaturation enhances the shot -- IMNSHO, it would be better all in b&w.

Lovely capture -- great colors and mood. My only suggestion would be some cropping along the top. IMNSHO, the shot is a little tall for our monitors -- I had to scroll to see the whole thing. Cropping along the top would help, and it would also get rid of that dark "thing" (power line?) along the top. Those converging diagonals with the kid on the bike are super.
