I love the composition on this one -- the beach on one side and the sidewalk on the other with the curb as a dividing line. You've got a natural diptych.

Nicely blurred.

As for the sensor dust, do you have Photoshop? Try using the healing brush. It's a pain to hit every bit of dust, but the tool works very well to clean up the shot.
