Next time park on the side of the road .. bring a tripod into the center between the cars .. throw a model behind it hunched over like they are taking a picture and step back and take the shot.. hurry .. and dont forget to set your exposure before you get in position and bring a polorizer too for the sky

Nothing origional about this photo except the name stiff. Anyone could have taken it even a child. The photographer didn't even use a polorizer for the sky. Given the subject matter the only way i could imagin this winning anything is if it was taken from the sky and the words boaring spelt out in the grass

I would completely rethink the composition of the photo. The guy overlookin the girl is creepy. shoot without guy in shot or include womans face and change pose

lovely but too green for my taste. under a different title it is perfect under shades of love it implys a warmer look. I would sugest color to target correction in low opacity about 20% to a warmer color around the edges of leafs.

Thought that you should know that your white balance is off maybe intentionaly however it seems to be a bit too saturated in cyan .. I would point to point select around the sign and invert the selection to the background then global correct the cyan by about 1-2K + in temp and or subjtract cyan from the highlight in color balance

Nice photo nice pose would have used side lighting .. dont be afraid to rig up some light gear in the water on a tripod with a heavy weight on the center collum ..
Before investing in a better camera say for instance the EOS 1DS MARK II , I would instead by multiple off camera flash slave units that are triggured by wireless FM transmitter ..
dont use Inferred because you need direct line of sight and it has lower range in daytime
