this place is photographed a lot...in this case, perhaps you weren't creative enough...a longer shutter speed on a tripod would have made the people look like they were ghosts and it would have worked well...a shorter one would have frozen them and made the shot a little static...half way in between and we have a holiday snapshot with a few blurry people... just trying to help... 5
