With a Flowerby moviemanComment: Nice moment, but be careful shooting up at people. Most of us don't like to look into peoples nostrils |

Compassionby NobodyComment: This photo is ok. I think it could be better. I think your ratio of light to shadow on the girls face is a little dark for a child. A 1:3 ratio would have been better. I also think her facial expression leaves a little to be desired. I love serious facial expressions on children, but she looks scared it is in the eyebrows. I am a childrens photographer and I always am looking to make sure that the eyebrows are relaxed, it makes for a more peaceful photo. Also those letters on her dress really pop out at me. I would prefer something more simple. Overall, I think it is better than most people can do with kids. I am probably a little more critical since photographing kids is my job. Good job |

Red Hair Dayby gsalComment: I don't love the hand coloring, but I love the photo so much that I will look past it. I love the facial expression and the lighting. Good job |

Ahh, Strawberries...by AzCKellyComment: This is a good catch. I do think it looks a little messy. I prefer clean high speed shots. Maybe one strawberry in mild with a lower camera angle and more exciting light. However, we have seen so many of these types of shots on dcp I would love to see a different subject. I still think you did a good job and everyone has to do this shot once i guess. Even I have a high speed catch in my portfolio. |

Lunchby wsteynComment: it looks like you over sharpened. I think a soft picture is better than one that looks digital due to over sharpening. |
