One thing that doesn't get a lot of attention on DPC is balance. This image has it, IMO. There is a triangle of subjects framed by balance blue water and sky. The blue may be oversaturated to some but it helps hold the eye in the center of the image. The wave is echoed by a streak of cloud, the tree is offset by the plane, the man pulls it all together. I think this image is weighted well. I believe this is one of those underrated images you find in every challenge.

I love the simplicity of this image and the in your face triangle. The contrasting tones and textures enhance the image. This is not an image for everyone to appreciate - its not bright and flashy - but I love it just the same. 10 for your ability to capture the mundane and turn it into art.

Perceived Triangle

not a technically perfect image but a great point of view. You created a triangle where most people wouldn't even bother to look. For that, I give you a 10.
