Can I Have a Kiss, Mommy?by SandyPComment: Seems a little oversaturated and a little over sharpened but it was an incredible moment to capture. I like the composition and the POV. Focus is dead on. 7 - good luck in the challenge! |

Tangara Chilenisby smartypantsComment: Beautiful bird. Good composition, excellent focus, great timing.. I see he's banded. A zoo bird? Non-the-less - great job. 8 - Good luck in the challenge! |

Blind Spotby FloffyComment: Beautiful image. Wish the bird was more dominant part of it though. Yes, I see him, but he's almost like a secondary character next to the brilliant cloud or the huge pole. Well, shot, well cropped and composed. Good luck in the Challenge! |

Singby edwalk74Comment: Hmmm...Interesting. The blues play well together. Interesting crop. They appear huge from the composition. Looks like street reflections so they must be. Honestly, for this challenge I can't score you as highly as I do a clear sharp in focus shot of a live bird. I vote on a curve and I don't think it would be fair to someone who captured a much more difficult shot. A will give you kudos for uniqueness though. Good luck in the challenge! |

"Just Ducky"by ShutterPugComment: I really hate this border. For me, the garbledness of it completely takes away from the serenity of the smooth water and deep green tones. Its jarring. That, of course, is just my opinion. The duck is ever so slightly soft to my eyes but I love the colors of the water - think they are a positive in this image (I ordinarily don't like green water - something icky about it). I can't get around this border so I will give you a 5 - border is part of the presentation and this just does not do it for me. Sorry! |

Red Birdby CaaneComment: Pretty cool capture. Wish your camera had been slightly faster to catch the stop motion. I think its slightly over saturated. They always fly at the wrong time, huh? Good luck in the challenge! |

Good morning!by dwterryComment: Would love to see more detail in the bird - acchieved with a tighter crop. As it is, the focus is excellent, the composition works well - colors are great. DOF could have been a little tighter. Love the POV - you are at the bird's level instead of standing over it. Good capture! 6 - good luck in the challenge! |

who put that boulder there?by DonaldComment: Black swans - beautiful birds. Unfortunately there is so much else in your image I can't see them very well. A closer crop would have really make this image work for me. As it is, all I see are two orange dots and a big gray thing. With some work, this could be an impressive image. Good luck int he challenge! |
