I don't think so - you've used rotation - which makes your composition very unusual. Both this and the motion blur make me feel really uneasy (dizzy?)

Must have been a really pretty scene in real life, but I don't think this photo does it justice. I think it's all the lights in the trees that give, for me, a chaotic feeling to the photo.
