Photo is way out of focus. I don't think this is from resizing. The horizon needs to be leveled-- very distracting.

More contrast would really help this picture. Also, the DOF should be increased.... the front of the sissors is not in focus.

Interesting perspective. More contrast would make this a super picture. Doesn't meet the challange, though. (Maybe it's the Rock Island Line?)
