Mechanically Alloyed Linesby BruBComment: Beautiful shot. Here is a tip that I like to do to my images with cropping, and this is a matter of my own personal taste. See where on the top left, your diagonal line comes in? I would crop the image from the top to have that line come in from the corner. Experiment with it. I think you'll see that a couple of other lines, line up pretty well and make the image more geometrically pleasing. Still, that is just my taste and I'm giving you a 10. Nice job! |

Snowy Night at Rittenhouse Squareby phreakonComment: Thank you for all your wonderful comments. I wasn't sure how this would do, and I know very little of Ansel Adams. I did some research at the start of the challenge to expose myself to more than the few pictures I had seen hanging on walls in my doctor's office, etc. So I was just going by what I quickly observed about him in a short amount of time. Personally, I like the way this photo came out, Ansel Adams style or not. |

Electric box, far far away from anywhere....by ArnarpComment: C'mon. With the banana, you obviously were on the right track. This photo just looks like you threw a banana in the air and photographed it. Having the right idea from the get go, you could have done better. |

Winter Wonderlandby justin_hewlettComment: Beautiful...stunning...absolutely wonderful photo. not surrealism. Any other challenge and you'd have a winner. If you had oranges, telephones, and an ocean flowing into the sky with monkeys playing with severed chicken heads, while eating rocks, with those mountains in the background, you'd have surrealism. Shit, I'd buy a print though. |

What do you see?by p3wizComment: Try to avoid letting the title sway the voter. The picture should speak for itself in the challenge. |
