I really like the star shaped reflections in the picture. They help to make this more than just a picture of transistors. I think I would have tried to emphasize them more by cropping the picture in a little more.

This is an interesting subject but you have taken the picture at an uninteresting angle. If you took it from above or below it would haved given the viewer a perspective that one does not usually get. Also, it would have made the pole more central to the picture and removed alot of the distractions in the backround.

Reflections off of metal are always hard to deal with. Your picture looks somewhat distorted in that the glass cover does not look round. Probably the angle of the shot but the clock face does look round and they don't seem to match. Also, I would have cropped the picture more tightly on the right side as the picture appears uneven.
