Mountain of Cornby pumaComment: This picture has great potential. I like it. Maybe cropping in on a particularly interesting area of the corn patterns with more even lighting would have added more interest to the subject. |

Doggy Blueby basia03Comment: Cute dog. Definitely yellow but lighting seems a little bland. Maybe cropping in more on the subjects face would have eliminated some of the backround distraction and added interest. |

Mustard Dogsby drgsoellComment: There is some very interesting patterns going on here. I would have loved to play around with closing in on some of them from different angles and filling the frame with yellows and reds. |

Flower Powerby MrYuComment: Interesting backround. I like the way some of it is in focus and some blurred, But since the daisy is somewhat blurred it makes me wonder what you were intending as the subject. |

Gilded Glanceby foxtrotComment: I had to look at this for a little while before I figured out what it was. I like that. Gives interest and makes the viewer think. |

Yellow Sea Bridgeby ofirkComment: Interesting pattern. A picture with potential. I would have played with the DOF. Maybe making the foreground in focus and the backround blurry to diffuse the distracting lower right side. |

You Can't Judge a Book by its Color...by RissaComment: No offense but there just isn't anything special about this picture. To add interest I would have cropped in more to eliminate the void to the left of the books. Is there some relavance to the yellow book other than it is yellow? Maybe if all the other black books were by one author and the yellow one was by a different author. Or maybe you could have done something with the titles of the books chosen which would have added interest as opposed to just sticking a yellow book amongst black ones. I hope you find this constructive as that is the way it is intended. |

Golden Pastaby Judith PolakoffComment: Nice composition. I wonder how it would have looked if you could have cropped out the lower right side of the picture. For me the end of the table sort of distracts me from the beautiful arrangement you have set up. Maybe zooming in a little and cutting off some of the pasta to the lower left portion of the picture would draw the viewer more into the picture. |
