I recognize this spot. Was there in November '08. I can't believe its not raining! I think the picture would be more visually interesting if you cropped out the Millenium Bridge. It would draw the eye more to the actual subjects which I believe are the people and the trumpet player. Good choice to do it in B&W. Did you go on "The Eye"?

A sad but interesting picture. Makes me want to rescue this poor dog. I would like to suggest that you crop the picture in a little to remove some of the non visually interesting information in the top of the picture and just a bit on the right.

You have certainly satisfied the challenge. I like the point of view in that you have gotten down and created a leading line but there is a lack of interest in the shot. There is nothing here to make it special. The sky is bland, the trees lack foliage, there is nothing in the water to capture the eye and nothing in the distance in which to lead the viewer. Please do not take this too critically. Just trying to help. Keep on submitting!
