I think I know why this scored low..because it doesn't whack you over the head..I could breeze by it if I had voted on this challenge, but once you stop and really look, then you are slowly drawn in..and the very lighting that might have prevented a low score becomes the very source of intrigue..and so the challenge becomes so much less relevant..well done..

bizarre..I had to spend some time thinking about this..in the end there are so many things right about this that I can only think how much more impacting this would have been from farther away (not always possible I know)...then the angle of the building would have a greater impact, by virtue of its surroundings..nicely handled details..certainly an interesting image..

I think this is the type of shot that needs a point of reference..hanging on a wall beside several shots all showing some urgency, and people would stop and stare..on a site like this you can simply pass it by..not allowing it to confront you..
