Cool idea for the challenge. Might of cropped the bottom off to eliminate the oof area and causing the eye to focus on the center.

Not too bad. Good texture. I think the light so muted is causing your orange color to appear a bit flat.

Puffy-Fluffy clouds. They make a neat texture.
I think you should of completely trimmed the trees at the bottom.

Good orange color but not all that interesting of a macro. The light glare is a little harsh. You did meet the challenge but the interest factor is low.

Tough to shoot shine..you did a good job controlling the light bounce. The ring needed a bit more focus and the very top could use a bit of a trim. Pretty ring.
