Okay I wrote a full review of this shot.......lost it, so will try it again.
Composition-Very nice. I like the clouds and sky. The glare of the rails is distracting.
Lighting-Too over powering for the shot....but the flares are super nice. I'm guessing you have a UV filter but the sun was way too bright?
Camera Work-color is very good warm and nice, contrast is also good.
My Opinion-I like this photo but the rail flares are too much. This could be corrected in Photoshop.
