You are so right Shecoya! Neglect sure is a form of abuse, this kind of upbringing in rural areas of our area is acceptable unfortunately, not many people see it as such a bad thing considering that it could be worse. Children tumble on the ground, the parents cannot afford playpens or prams to put their babies out of harms way. The village women look out for their neighbors children and do the best they can...unfortunately the children have many accidents..
