Not sure it's necessary to include the exposure time in the title... but it is an interesting effect. This depicts the way I envision Michael Jackson spending his day (in some sort of hi-tech glowing bubble thing)!

Hooray! What an AWESOME shot! This is my "Alan's Surefire Pick of the Week" shot (I'm 2/3 in making this prediction in past challenges). I expect to see this on the front page of the new DPC2! The layering of different areas of the landscape is incredible; the blue water is beautiful; the cloud adds perspective, and the snow-capped mountain literally tops it all off. I'm looking forward to learning where this was taken. Is this a volcano? It reminds me of Mt. Vesuvius in Italy when we visited a few years ago. -- alansfreed -10

What a great shot -- I can almost feel the "blue goo" by looking at it! My only minor beefs would be the shadow, and the texture in the upper right hand corner. I may have preferred it without those elements. I love the star effect of the sparkles -- did you use a star filter for that? -9 alansfreed

I'm afraid the title is a bit misleading here... I don't find it interesting or compositionally strong. To be honest, it doesn't even look as though it was shot on purpose, I'm afraid.
