Cinnamon curlsby Nadine_VbComment: A very good take on the challenge. This is the type of photo that might do well on a stock site. |

Bluesby Nadine_VbComment: You fooled me - I thought it was smoke but couldn't quite figure out how it was falling the way it was. You placed in the top half of the challenge so most voters apparently thought it abstract enough and well enough done to give it a 6, the most predominant score you received. |

Empty Redby Nadine_VbComment: An OK interpretation of the challenge - I do like the idea of the two bottles, one glass - makes for a pleasing arrangement. But if you're going to shoot glass, it must be spotless - no dust, no marks, no flaws in the glass. I like the "barn door" reflection - you'll note a lot of advertising with wine bottles has this reflection - gives definition and shape, I think. But if you REALLY want to shoot glass well, go spend some time in karennfld's portfolio. Read the notes she has on her glassware shots to see how she does the lighting. Note that all the glassware is pristine (and in non-basic challenges you can clean up some of it in post production.) |

urban fossil recordby bspurgeonComment: LOL! I like the alternate title. But I like the long-legged dancer better as a photograph and for the challenge. |
