NEW(s) every dayby redpandaComment: Interesting use of selective desat. The one problem with the composition is the pole in the middle that essentially cuts your picture in half. Appropriate subject for the challenge. |

Spring's Bloomby CutterComment: The composition here is very nice - I like the squarish crop, the bud in front of the OOF blooming roses, and the smaller buds below. Not sure if you saw the spider webs and mites before you shot, but next time you can try hosing off the plant a little before you take the picture (I know, because I have the same problems with my roses.) |

New Lifeby magpie5212Comment: I like the composition of this with the diagonal formed by the buds. The focus needs to be sharper on the first bud to really spark the picture. |

New Experience @ 20 Monthsby dugparkComment: The egg is too saturated and I realize the border was meant to match the egg, but the end result is it kinda dulls the picture overall. The expression on the little one's face is very good, and I like the composotion of just having the adults hands in the picture, too. I'd have removed the other cup, though. |
