Dad's Patricide Comedyby chaliceComment: Trading Post comment
I thought this one quite humorous - gave it a 6. Angles and lines are good in the composition, and background is nice for the shot as it echoes the texture of the hat. The yellow light on the arm is a bit strong, and I'm not sure I like the yellow light overall, which makes the face a bit too red. If the reflections weren't on the glasses, you'd better be able to see the eyes wide open in "terror". Overall a pretty good shot, and definitely scored too low. |

Dirty Pond Crisis (A documentary on the effects of water pollution on fish)by KelliComment: Trading Post comment
Gotta say I don't know how you ended up with the brown, but hey, it IS a ribbon, and a whole lot of really good people here have them. On the plus side, it'll get lots of views and hopefully a few of those viewers will stop by your portfolio to see what else you have, which is good!
I gave you a 6 on this. I thought the picture matched the title well and could see it as a documentary. What is lacking is a sense of composition - it's a bit too random with a fish here, a fish there, but no focal point. I do realize that herding fish is probably a whole lot like herding cats, though. The color are icky, but I think that's part of the point. The other thing that may have hurt you is the lengthy title - most folks just wanted to see the three words and that's that. |

Documenting Predatory Chicksby tngrndreamComment: Trading Post comment:
I liked the shot and could see a documentary movie on birds with this on the poster. Composition is good, and great catch with the mouths open! I gave it a 7. What may have hurt your score is it seems a bit too bright, like it's a bit overexposed - did you use a flash? |

Dill Pickle Conspiracyby timfythetooComment: Too funny! I meant to go back and add a comment that this was my alternative title - I kid you not. Though I had no idea what I was going to shoot if I had to shoot it. I liked the post processing, by the way. |

A Simple Faith outtakeby jpochardComment: I really like the shadowing in the foreground on the field. Composition works well, too, but the trees in the background appear a bit strangely colored, though I couldn't tell you why. |

Playing for Jesusby GunnsiComment: This is a gorgeous shot and very appropriate for the challenge. I don't like the border, though, especially since the line in the brick isn't parallel. A non-border would serve this better. Gorgeous young lady, too. |
