I don't like your title, but I really like the picture. There's something about the building's windows - watching the passage of time, perhaps - as the elderly neighbor steps by. And that one poor little bush, planted in that small space, doing its best to add some life. All in all, a sad story.

So I'm really hoping the border is legal (and it should be) because this is a pretty darn cool shot! The way you have her posed and the angle of the shoot makes her look like a lovely ice cream cone girl! Great eyes, love the freckles, and there's just a nice sweetness (with a hint of spice from that red hair) to the portrait. Nicely done!
