It's definitely quiet, but for a photograph, it's a little flat. The blue background looks a little blotchy and the feather doesn't really stand out. Maybe a bit better light on the feather itself or some adjustments to make it whiter would bring it out better.

Yep, I'd have to say it met the challenge! I know I've bought things for a challenge, but never a bottle of liquor (I don't drink so it'd go to waste.) Pretty bottle, though! Well lit, would probably work well as a product ad, though the base is a bit heavy - not sure how you could remedy that except perhaps shoot from above instead of below. I'm not thrilled with the border - it's not too heavy for the picture, but it doesn't add anything for me.

I quite liked this one, and thought it fit the challenge very well. Title was a little long. :-) I think you caught the light well and the angle is good. Would make a good shot for a tourist brochure.

Not one of your best, but kudos to your daughter for being a good sport about it! Kinda looks more fake-tannish than gold, and you lose the hair in the background. She really is a very pretty model, though!
