	If you cannot find the truth right where you are, where else do you expect to find it? - Dogen Zenji by jrjr Comment: Very minimalistic and works well in that respect. Have to admit that though it was probably done to compliment the starkness of the photograph, I don't like the border - to me it detracts from the subject.

	O by DefyTime Comment: I suspect you were going for simplicity, but this feels busy to me. The plant/flower almost looks out of place from it's background, like the light is wrong somehow. That's just my perception.

	Hagiwara by rasdub Comment: The composition here is very good and I like the contrasts of the greens and the red. The foreground green, however, appears a bit overexposed/too bright.

	Alone in Thought by brettt83 Comment: The focal point of your picture, if it is the gentleman, gets a bit lost here. This may, of course, be exactly what you were aiming for. But to me, it's not conducive of depicting "zen".

	Calm In The Storm by MPRPRO Comment: I like what you're depicting here and how you've isolated her, but the person on the left foreground keeps drawing my eye. As a photograph, it's a bit busy to elicit a "zen" response.

	A Place For Contemplation by vencap Comment: A quiet, peaceful place, but a bit bland as a picture. I wonder if a closer shot of the bench/swing and the dark shadows to the right of it might have worked a bit better.
