Love the hair down! Love the eyes, too. Maybe too much on the grunge/sharpening because I think you're too good looking for it, but it works for the picture as a whole. The richness of the tones/colors is excellent.

I really like this one - gave it a 7. Lovely bokeh, like the use of negative space. Has an isolated feel to it, so nice job with clearing away the unwanted leaves.

I gave it a 6 in voting, though I'm not sure why I didn't go back and bump it up to a 7, now that I look at it again. I liked the composition and monochromatic nature of the shot; technically it's find to me. In reading your description, I wouldn't have known it was a flower - looks like a seed pod of some kind to me (which is fine, since that's pretty much what you were after, I think.)
