I do like the light reflections except for the one small pindot on the tweezer - in that case I'd like to seem *more* of a reflection or just a bit lighter to more easily define the tweezer. I'd lighten up the border - it does seem a bit heavy for the image. I do absolutely love the texture/color of the blueberry - don't know what you did to it, but it works.

Technicals are excellent, as others have mentioned. Love the shade of blue - goes well with the gray. Had I not read the comments, I'd have not quite seen the connection to the title. To me it reads as shattered and cold, and with the crooked stem, just barely hanging on. Nice image!
