I really like the haphazard nature of this, but could live without the Santa on the wall. Or put it on the other side, maybe. Where it is makes the picture seem unbalanced. The looks, however, are priceless! And I love dad without the pants... too funny!

Interesting that both the new Suck members chose to use a disconcerting rotation - means you've joined the right team! I love your explanation - I, too, use high tech stuff like you do. Chairs, drapes, hangers, bottles - all can be used in very creative ways to hold props, lights... those fools with full light sets don't know what they're missing.

Anyway, on my laptop monitor, which shows very great detail at the high end, I can see a lot of noise in the threads, both actual and reflected, which means something with respect to processing, I'm sure... too light, maybe?

Oh, you so totally don't suck. This is magnificent! I like the unease created by the wrong orientation; the softness works well for me; and I like the composition very much. Keep this up and we'll kick you out of the suck league! (Not really - you've got the right attitude even if you are darn good with the camera.)

Nicely set up and good DOF. Whether the background is pure white or not - eh, matters not to me. I will say I'm not a huge fan of the "set up" shot (even though I'm guilty as well), but this is pretty well done for what it is. Probably should have done a Christmas theme, though... :-)

I like this one a lot - love the softness to it (though I suspect many interpreted that as "out of focus" - and you're not even on that team). The eyes are incredible - great job bringing those out, though having a model with such gorgeous eyes does help!
