An interesting subject! As for score, there are a couple of things that might have helped. The yellow blob above your slug and the black slime on the stick are a bit unappetizing. Not sure if you could have removed these things or waited a bit for your slug to move? The composition is just a bit static - if you had your slug more on the diagonal it would feel a bit more dynamic, I think. Finally, it almost looks as though you used a flash? The lighting seems just a bit harsh. If it was a bright day, there's not much you can do about that, though. But back to your subject - I don't think I've ever seen one of these in person, and I'm glad you chose to share it with us! To me, a photograph should share *something* with the viewer, and quite often, the more unique, the better!

I'm hoping this is staged because that one gun is still far too close to the gent who's being handcuffed. And I gotta think they'd not be very thrilled about you being close enough to shoot with a flash. But then again, I just make up stories to go with the pictures sometimes...

Brings back memories. In college, the girls would stand on one side of the room, the boys on the other, and we'd sing this song back and forth. Beer was usually involved. In large quantities. This is a great shot. Not as far as classic pretty-pixel photography - in that sense it's kinda eh - but as far as an encapsulated memory (and an old one at that) this rocks.
