I didn't vote the challenge. Probably would have been an average score from me (6) because while it's a good shot, it looks a bit fake to me, as though the blur were added in post. Water to the right and left of the dock should be in focus somewhere, to my eye. And the overall effect is that of a bit of that miniaturization thing that goes on with blur - looks like a little toy dock plopped into the water. All that said, beat the crap out of my score, and I'd be delighted with a 6.
