Melethia in handilandby tnunComment: My kind of shot with lots going on, not the least of which is the car reflected mid-window! Heck, she almost has my hair, too. |

Gunslingerby colorcarnivalComment: And how did you know I'm a Stephen King fan? Very nicely done - love the textures in the ground (particularly the tire tracks in the mud) and the mottled shadows on the wall. Your gunslinger looks very young and just a bit on the shy side. |

the lookby mrbig65Comment: Nice catch of light and shadow - I like the unassuming nature of it, too - we don't get her eye, just he lashes. The whole thing has sort of an incognito vibe going for it, don't you think? |

S-TREE-Tby QuickClickMickComment: Ah - made me smile! Definitely something I'd shoot. Nice touch with the title (I'm never quite that creative with titles but I try now and then.) The gent probably isn't as appreciative as he should be for that tree, who is really the star of the show. |

Treasure Hunterby bassboneComment: Ah, that single bird, and all the people so far, far apart from each other. Wonderful find. I know your title refers to the gent with the metal detectors, but to me, the true treasure hunter is that bird. |

Always be in Loveby GeorgesBogaertComment: Lovely street art! I would guess this might be part of a school project now on display in a public setting somewhere. A nice find! |

The Crossingby PaulComment: Oh, how I miss doing street photography in Europe! I don't know that this is Europe but it's definitely not southern California! (At least not any southern California I've seen.) Nice balance of your actors, with the building taking center stage but supporting characters playing their part as well. |

The Interviewby sfaliceComment: I do often find "conversations" between things that are inanimate - I like that you saw that here, too. |

A Cat for Melethiaby Bruce_the_RobertComment: I do love shooting cats. They're hard, though - they never cooperate when you want them to! (At least mine do not - a whole lot of trial and error is involved.) I really like the way the light has caught the whiskers here - very pretty cat! |

battle of the bulgeby tangueraComment: Very striking first impression! The artist's woman is proud and defiant (to me); the real woman is a bit taken aback, perhaps apprehensive. Really strong composition - I quite like the balance of the real (kinda small) and the art (kinda dominating). I probably wouldn't have done this nearly as well! |
