Waiting for the trainby markwileyComment: Marvelous! A stolen moment with to-die-for light. I like the arpeggio of light caught on the fence behind her head. Adds a wonderful touch. These are the bits that you may not see when you compose but come to life when you see what you caught. |

Peaceful time on the Beachby whiterookComment: I like this just the way you have it. I wouldn't change the crop, the processing - it all works just fine the way it is. Well done, in my opinion! |

What We Boughtby spiritualspatulaComment: Thanks for sharing how you shot this - very eerie, very unsettling and disassociated, and the way you shot it really contributes to that very well. I like the thought that went into this as well. This location has such amazing possibilities! Just read Paul's comments - in a way the "unrealness" is what caught my attention. His suggestion would probably make for an equally interesting version of your vision. |

It's all about patience....by sekarmalathyComment: I love a good conversation photograph, and that's what this is for me. I may have cut off the "real" feet, though. I don't mind the stuff above the head - that works for me but is probably too "distracting" for most. |

Just Playby JulietNNComment: Wow! Seriously? I'd have NEVER guessed until I read your notes! Definitely flames and Nero fiddles. What an artistic eye you have for both capture AND creation after the fact! |

State of the Unionby RKTComment: A very powerful photograph yet speaks softly, I guess I'd say. Something about hope that's all shiny when new yet becomes muted, grayed, a bit lifeless and dull when worn down and trod upon. Very well done. |

_MG_4247-eby BrennanOBComment: Nope, the one you submitted works much better, particularly with the allegorical part, so it's a good thing it didn't go through! |
