This is fantastic - doesn't evoke the sentiment strongly - it's rather a literal interpretation for my liking - but the image itself is just excellent. I love that approach of focusing on the frisbee and having the young guy out of focus. This would have been great in shallow DOF too! Great use of composition, colour and DOF.

Perfectly composed, perfect viewpoint - watching her grief but not intruding. I wonder if a little fill in light on the headstone would improve this, just to bring out the detail a touch more? I really like this very much.

I find the lighting a little harsh and contrast a little high but I do like the content very much, and part of that is the shadows thrown by that strong light. The texture of the cobbles is wonderful.

Wow, this is a very very emotional shot. I would prefer it to be larger in size - more striking still I think. I like the position of the head in the corner and the casual positioning of the hands. I'd appreciate if you would confirm that this is a staged shot via email if you're willing.

The composition is excellent - the sweep of her hair gives a beautiful curve as well as really cutting her off from the black space. And the rich black in her eyes really plays well against that background. Wonderfully evocative.
