The Last Runby GermaineComment: This just cries out for a leveled horizon :-( and the unnaturally flat quality of the attempted toning-down of the sun's hot spot is very offputting to me. It's an issue I've had to fight with often. Otherwise the processing is very nice, soft & glowing and warm. |

The Thoroughbredby StagoleeComment: Sheesh, a 7-legged horse! It's bizarre to look at... In other words, the near-perfect overlap of the two horses is producing some disconcerting effects. |

Introducing The Commodore S Packby hotpastaComment: Got a lot of pop for sure, but the PP is way too harsh IMO. The haloing around the distant buildings and the road overhead just really shrieks at me :-( |

December Eveningsby TimComment: In many ways this is lovely, if understated, but IMO there's way too much empty foreground; it's completely denaturing the image. It's a very nice B/W conversion :-) |

Photographer by ZoomdakComment: Damned beach... Damned kids... Go back to school! And this from someone who flew 3000 miles and stole your bedroom so he could shoot the same beach. But at least I had a different POV :-) Congrats on your ribbon! |

Twenty Below by Sunshine86Comment: Really outstanding. My only quibble is a too-obvious demarcation of burn/no burn in the foreground, somewhat amplified by a feeling the color's not quite right there. |
