This is great! I'm not sure it wouldn't work better with a fair amount cropped off the left side. I'm far from slavish about the rule of thirds, but in this one you might be better off approximating it. I'm not sure though. In any case, there's a white distraction left edge low, and a really hot spot center left in the dark area behind her. Both could profitably be eliminated; the first probably is about where I'd crop, a little cloning to kill the second. Also the whiteness of her chest is a tad strange, compared to the rest of her flesh; I might isolate that area and bring a hint of color into it with selective color.
