Night Falls on the Cityby GermaineComment: I'm trying to remember the name of the old comic strip that had Rick O'Shay and Hipshot Percussion as characters... The latter can be your new nickname. This is an awesome shot. I'd congratulate you for your bravery in cutting off the earth and most of the buildings, except it was just random happenstance :-) Regardless, it's a very effective image. Is the underexposure in-camera or in post? |

and an Angel called to me.....by Ecce_SignumComment: Vaguely calls to mind Frost's "Birches":
When I see birched bent to left and right
across the line of straighter, darker trees,
I like to think some boy's been swinging them...
Except of course these aren't birches, but still... It's a lovely effect. I don't really "see" an angel's call, myself, but that's not important. If this is the imagery you want to pursue, perhaps "Hallelujah!" will work? :-) Message edited by author 2009-01-13 19:19:20. |

Supervisorby GermaineComment: The way the pole is hiding him/the way he is hiding behind the pole: fascinating. Great use of sweet spot. Good to see you out in the daylight, I was wondering if you were vampyre? |
