Actually, it's a very clever pun on the movie, the more so for NOT being more exact. Cool shot. Congrats on top-10!

"30mm f/2.8"? LOL, seriously? Even with a converter... I'm assuming 300mm, but image data says 24-70...

Anyway, really cool shot, well done!

5D is full frame — so you can do a serious crop and STILL have the resolution of APS-C. This was not too much of a crop from the area that would have been covered had a shot the 400mm on the 7D instead. It's been my experience that the 5D cropped to match the 7D sensor is every bit as good an image as the uncropped 7D rendering.

In other words, I can crop my 400mm to approximately 620mm with no sacrifice compared to an APS-C camera, though I would do better yet if I could mount an actual, 600mm lens :-)

And it's a VERY good lens, that 100-400mm, very sharp and clean.

Sigh, you've just gone too far :-( The clouds and the foreground simply don't matcxh, and everything's glossed over too smooth :-( Helluva scene, though.

The Jim Bean placard behind her drink is killing this for me, and so is the white sign on the wall. For this kind of shot, you gotta be in control of the details...

"Lone for an end!" cried knight to steed,
Loosed an eager rein,
Charged with his challenge into space;
And quiet did quiet remain.
