the builderby oldbimmercoupeComment: Such a determined young fellow. I'm building things now too, complicated grown-up Legos, and so I can FEEL this concentration :-) |

in search of a fairy taleby tangueraComment: Is that the head of a CANE? Bizarre, whatever it is. I love it. Feel free to PM me with backstory if you wish, I am done voting. |

mind the gapby skewsmeComment: I wish you'd brought up the tonality on the dandelion fluffs a little bit. It's an evocative image, regardless. |

Yosemite Valleyby alanfreedComment: It's a lovely scene, an iconic bit of Yosemite, but it's not connecting with me :-( It's just not an evocative rendering. I have several ideas on how the image could be made more powerful, but I will not presume to present them unless you let me know you are interested; perhaps this is exactly what you wanted. Certainly, my own views on the processing of landscapes are much more aggressive :-) |

93 by NeatComment: Gorgeous. Love the slightly eccentric framing, just off-center, as I imagine she might be, a quirky great-grandma :-) |

Dawn Gatheringby thrumyiisComment: What an exquisite sense of time & place :-) I've lived there, so to speak, I can breathe and smell what I am seeing here. I used to live 2 blocks from the commercial fishing harbor in San Diego; this was my milieu, and I loved it. |

Tipsy by grahamgatorComment: My Lord, this is exquisitely crafted :-) I especially admire the perfect dripping and the inspired inclusion of a little extra space on the right. A bravura performance of lighting and composition. |

The Visiting Nurseby Bear_MusicComment: Originally posted by Barroness: Is this a story about aging or pharmaceutical companies, either way very sad? |
Aging.
I have a lot of problems with how the Government and Big Pharma stroke each other's backs to the detriment of the rest of us, but this image has nothing to do with that.
That's my visiting nurse, and I need all those pills :-( |
