Padlockby JoseArtistComment: Less DOF might work here. A little more pop on the lock, light-wise, would help... I donno, it just seems kind of blah, but it's a nice sort of blah, if that makes sense? |

Chaindriveby matispistaComment: an odd "drift" on the points of critical focus; wheel rim, foreground gear, metal hoop top right, part of the support bat appended thereto. The strongest visual element here is the trunctaed wheel. It's an appealing image in many ways, but ultimately confusing and haphazard feeling to me. |

Mechanical Graveyardby jessieComment: appealing in a sad, chaotic way. The strong central element seems oddly right. It doesn't seem sharp, and it needs to be. |

nail trimmerby camelotnorthComment: I'd like to see this without the background and foreground distractions. Conceprtually appealing. |

Trackerby 77DXComment: nicely framed, but overall a "harsh" image for what should be a reflective, gentle, melodious composition. |

7 Jewels, No Batteriesby dagills22191Comment: I want tolike this more than I do. The composition is sweet, but for this image to work well it has to be sharp as a tack, and it's far from that. |

Friendshipby angiedlComment: Rankles, they appear to be looking out through a screen of some sort, maybe on jalousied windows? I'm not sure, but it's something. A screen would account for the diffusion effect, I think.

Friendshipby angiedlComment: I'm stunned this didn't finish in the mid-7's at least. I thought it was poignant and imaginative and immensely appealing. Congrats, regardless, on your 16th place.
